Terrible customer service. The female employee hates children. If you look at low reviews, many have the same problem. That is the lady there is very rude about children in the store. Don’t give this family UNFRIENDLY shop your business

A couple thing in response to the business’ reply.

1. My children were never rampaging through the store. Not a single item was knocked off the shelves, nor was a leaf of flower damaged. To even use that term to describe children is telling.
2. It was me, my wife and mother-in-law tending to two children. Between the three of us, they were never farther than arms reach from one of us. So being rudely told to watch my kids is insulting.
3. The way in which I was spoken to was very inappropriate and rude.

So just because you have children and grandchildren doesn’t mean you or your employee acted reasonably. It was rude and looking at reviews from others, it’s a pattern of poor service and a terrible attitude towards customers. I will not be returning to your business and will forever share my terrible experience with your family...

I can't say enough good things about this incredible shop! The service here is truly top-notch—so much so that I found myself coming back to purchase another plant.
