I booked an appointment to get eyelash extensions, everyone I talked to at the salon was very nice, but My eyelash extensions are terrible! The girl did a horrible job, she told me I was done so I got up to look in the mirror and there were huge spaces that should of been filled in, so I told her that. She told me to lay back down so I did. She literally put a couple more lashes in on spot and told me I was done again. I can definitely say I will not go back. I called and left a message at the salon a couple hours after leaving because they were all falling off, I still have not received a call back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made an appointment online because you can't get in contact via phone or any other way(no answer or responses and their vm says to make appointment online) two months in advance! When arriving for my appointment the business is closed! I waited an hour and still nobody shows, I called the business number and left multiple voice messages and still haven't heard back from them. You have to give your card number to hold the appointment so I keep checking to make sure they haven't billed me. I had an appointment with Emily to get my hair done. I requested a gloss and haircut which was a much needed refresher. I have been seeing Emily for years at this point and honestly, she's the only person I trust with my hair. She's extremely talented and expertly skilled.
