I've been coming here for years to come and skate. The free skate is well worth a couple bucks, which makes for some good, cheap fun. Perfect place to take a date, some friends, or the family. They offer a full concessions stand with anything you might need to warm back up. The skate rentals are very easy to use if you are bringing someone that may be just trying it. They also offer walkers to a slightly inexperienced skater who still wants to have fun or learn. As a rule of thumb, call first to ensure that the hours are correct, because there have been a few times where I've shown up at the time the website said, however they were not open.
