United States Postal Service — Local services in Hallsville

Someone moved out of my home and put the mail for entire address on hold which I was un aware of so I went to the post office after a week with no mail he said it was on hold by request of this other person who has been picking it up, I told him my mail needs to come to the house I picked up the 2 pieces of mail they had he said my mail would start coming starting tomorrow well it's been another week and still not a single piece of mail, I know I should have gotten mail because I'm signed up for informed delivery and it shows what I'm supposed to get, I'm very upset that I'm not getting my mail even after talking with the man at the post office they are of course close as I tried to call again today after yet another day of not getting my mail, I can't go up there during the week since I work every day during the post office hours of operation...

Haven't received my mail in a WEEK! I know i have had mail every day because of informed delivery. Very important mail!! Not to mention a package that was out for delivery 3 days ago and still has not been delivered. All of my neighbors have got their mail every day. I have called them multiple times, you can never get anyone on the phone that actually works at the hallsville post office to even ask if they will hold my mail at the office for me to pick up. I have even stood outside waiting to catch the mail lady so i could ask for my mail and she blew right by me without stopping and went to my neighbors house. This is completely ridiculous, i wish i could give...

I have been here 40 years of my life and I have never had the worst customer service as I have until I came into the post office today here in Hallsville. The black young lady that works behind the desk not only did she throw money at me, but literally cussed me out when I asked for the manager he was the one that was standing beside her who actually actually did absolutely nothing. Wow!!!!! We have got to do better for...
