I have eaten at this establishment several times over the last several months. The customer service keeps falling short every time. I was ready to place my order and pushed the red button only to have the light rejected. I pushed the button yet again, and the carhop come over the speaker and took my order only to keep asking me what i said over and over again. I am not sure what she was doing in the establishment, but it i know it was not paying attention to the customers order. After the order was placed, the carhop did not repeat the order and gave me a total only. Therefore, I missed the mistake that was made due to the fact that the screen that contained my order before I had a chance to read it went to the payment screen. After a short period of time, the carhop that came to my car and delivered my order. Before I left, I checked the order and it was incorrect due to the fact that the carhop taking my order wasn't really paying attention(NO THERE WAS NOT A TRAIN ANYWHERE TO BE HEARD). So I drove back through the drive thru, and the carhop that answered the window asked what she could do for me. I politely told her that the order was misheard and she started yelling across the kitchen. What she was asking the crew was unintelligible. To keep her from yelling, I had to order AND PAY for the food item that was not ordered properly. I then has to wait almost 10 Minutes for the food item to be made. The carhop then handed me the order that i placed and I told her that it was sad that I had to pay for a simple mistake. As I was still talking to her, she simply told me to have a good night and slammed the door in my face. I have never in my life been treated that way by someone in a food establishment. Very poor communication skills, very poor customer service, very poor service and management was never notified about the situation nor did anyone apologize. I will not be returning to this...
Read moreI Ordered a MEDIUM #1 (Sonic Cheeseburger (NO PICKLES or ONIONS), Tots, and a Sweet Tea). There were only about 6-8 total customer vehicles in the parking...About 10 minutes after the screen stated that they were on the way with my order, I still had not received it, so I went into the building and asked...I was given the excuse that they had "cleared" the screen early and they were still waiting for my burger to finish getting ready...About 2 minutes after I got back into my truck (I was in Stall # 1), they come out with my order...DID NOT receive any ketchup for my tots, NO napkins, NO peppermint, NO salt/pepper. My tots were also cold.
I realize that most of the employees are high school age to early 20's, but COMMON SENSE is completely gone...anyone with even a small amount of COMMON SENSE, should know that when an order contains any type of side that most people use ketchup with, a couple packets of ketchup should automatically be dropped into the bag...Napkins should AUTOMATICALLY be added to the bag 1st thing after opening the bag. The NO Salt/Pepper or the NO Peppermint was and is not that big a deal because I carry Peppermints in my truck for when I have the hick ups.
Customers should not have to request any of the items mentioned above. The sauces (Marinara, Ranch, BBQ, etc.), I could understand having to request those, but Ketchup, and Mustard should automatically be added to the bag. Customer Service at this location is getting utterly ridiculous.
Appearance of the establishment was also in poor shape...stall order signage falling out, stalls had Out of Order menu screens, concrete drive full of pot...
Read moreYou guys are absolutely ridiculous. First time I came, hardly anyone there. Ordered 2 drinks and it took FOREVER! Came again today and I knew not to. Ordered several drinks, no food. A few people there so I was patient but 20 minutes later, no drinks, and multiple people had gone through the drive through. I place my orders on the mobile app so you would think they would appreciate that but I feel like I’m being tortured lol for using it. I then noticed people on the other side getting their drinks AND food and I had been there way longer. I FINALLY hit the intercom button and a girl comes running out with my drinks. Nobody answered me so I know y’all totally forgot about my drinks. When I say you guys SU$$, that is an understatement. Get it together folks! Other Sonics in the area do not have this problem.
