Champs processed a 1/2 beef for me. Staff(Hayley) was phenomenal, kept me updated, an worked with my schedule for pick up. While picking up beef, ended up buying some of their specialty items, ie. Summer sausage, jerky an breakfast sausage. Hands down best summer sausage! All flavors!
