!DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are way better apartments around the area with way better pricing! Summary of my big review, horrible roaches, riddled in black mold, crappy maintenance, crappy management/front desk, extreme violence from neighbors all the time This place is so riddled with roaches! I had to throw away so much stuff when me and my partner moved out because it had gotten completely infested. My partner lived at this complex for a few years and I moved in and we decided to live there one year together just to make it easier on us. Well, in that year time pest control came ONE time, even though the lady named Ruby, who used to work at the front before she got fired said “they make sure to bring someone out every month” we had to take matters in our own hands and bomb our apartment 2 different times and stay on top of cleaning. The roach infestation had gotten so bad We had to stop buying groceries because it didn’t matter where we put the groceries. Somehow the roaches would get it and eat it. This apartment is completely riddled with BLACK MOLD. Me, my partner, and my cats were constantly sick the entire time we lived here. We literally had mold growing all in our bathroom and our kitchen cabinets reported it multiple times and nothing ever got done. When I first moved in, I had to be added on the lease, of course, and “their system” made our 12 month lease into a 15 month lease and eventually, I got a hold of the manager and he said if we decide to move our lease to a 12 month lease he can make that happen! We told him we’ll think about it and about a month later we went up to the office and told him we would like to move it back. He looked at me in my eyes and goes “well.. You already signed it so we can’t change anything and if you wanna take us to court just know we will win” I made it a point to tell him you said you could move it and his response was “well y’all leaving in 12 months doesn’t really work for us” first of all I don’t care what works for y’all! I was done paying over $1500 a month for y’all‘s crap apartment! And the only reason we got our lease moved to 12 months was because I called code inspector on them. our AC line had broke 5-6 days before we had this conversation, it was leaking water through our ceiling and I reported the day it happened. It took them over 5-6 days to come out and the only reason why I became “priority” was because code inspector told them to go fix it. The maintenance there is just AWFUL! Lord forbid you have a problem because it will take anywhere over a week to two weeks before someone comes out to check on it. My ceiling in the bathroom above my showerhead had collapsed AGAIN! And it took them over a week and half to come out and fix it plus on top of that. They didn’t even replace the piece that had fallen. They just glued it back up there and that piece was riddled with black mold. And they will leave the most disgusting mess all over your apartment. We had to throw away all of our toiletry stuff because they had gotten their hand prints, footprints, and dust all over everything. And they will not be bothered to clean it up. if you love, hearing violence from your neighbors, don’t worry this is the place for you! This complex only takes in people that beat each other up I swear! You will walk around and you will see women and children covered in bruises! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the cops on my neighbors one time even called CPS. Or how many times I have seen neighbors Call the cops because of DV. We moved out 6 months ago and waited this long to leave a review because they didn’t charge us anything when we left, legally now they can’t.I can’t add videos unfortunately. Only photos. My brother lives here and this place is a dump. They make up random rules and text them out or add random fees that AREN’T included in the lease agreement. Most recently they’ve added an $8/mo or $96/yr “maintenance fee” but things aren’t maintained.

-The pool has been closed for at least a month with no explanation, they’ll say they have these “resort style” pools but the grills don’t work and they’ve taken the grates out so even if you did bring your own gas you couldn’t use it -laundry rooms are DISGUSTING -dog park has a broken safety door and water fountain is just their for show-they disconnected it -trash area is always full of glass that scatters out to the parking lot and I’ve had to go to discount tire multiple times after visiting -the parking lot is so bad, between the pot holes and the speed bumps you’re guaranteed to bottom out your car he lives in one of the buildings closer to the bottom of the property and is dealing with so many roaches, regardless of how much they spray and he cleans, literally crawling the walls, the cabinets, ceiling -the “guest” parking is unclearly labeled

Not to mention the cheap counter contact paper, old rotting cabinets gloopy with white paint, no ceiling fans, and bathtubs that you pull HANDFULS of chipped paint out of after using, even though it was resurfaced before moving in. This place is lipstick on a pig.

His lease ends soon and we’re already packing and moving things into storage to hopefully mitigate taking roaches with him.

NOT KID FRIENDLY, DO NOT MOVE HERE

After two years of living here, nothing has improved, but they continue to present this as a resort style apartment complex. The grounds are filthy. There’s trash everywhere, kids constantly screaming and cussing at the park. The apartments are still too hot and everyone has window units. Things that were promised to be fixed still haven’t been fixed. All the paint in my bathtub is peeling off and there’s trim missing from the side of the wall when you walk up the stairs so I can’t have guests upstairs because the entire floor is exposed.

2022 review Moved in May ‘22 to a $1500 townhouse. Townhouses are so hot it’s unbearable; we’ve requested repair and been told by maintenance that all of the townhomes are like this because they won’t put in a big enough a/c unit, we just have to put up with the heat. We had to purchase a/c units for each bedroom and close off all the upstairs vents to keep it cool. Upstairs floor/downstairs ceiling is rotting. Toilets don’t flush correctly/completely. “Updates” are cheap cabinet fixtures and painted bathtubs/sinks/toilets that chip constantly. Latex paint that peels. Yellow stains on ceiling.
