Let's talk about how I came through the drive through on a Thursday at about 10pm They left out my fries. The worker seemed to be stoned as the whole window smelled and reeked of marijauna.
I called them to let them know. Due to it being late they told me They wrote my name down and i could pick up the missing items the next day. Boom
This is where the problem starts. Next day 3pm I go in the store and politely explained the situation..she was like "we'll get you in a minute " and proceeded to make me wait 25 minutes Without even acknowledging me standing there the entire time for my fries... knowing they had put me on whatever list that i was coming for the food. Not once did the management in the red shirt apologize or say we are sorry about that mam. I will never come to this jack in the box wver again..it was my first and last experience here and wont return because not only did THEY mess up my food, i treated them kindly and they were rude about it!! I will be forwarding this complaint to either corporate or the franchise owner immediately.
I wish i would have got their names. It was a hispanic lady in a green shirt long black hair clupped up and a white lady long black hair put up. The person who took my order was a young kid short blonde hair wearing a purple jack in the box shirt, for reference.
Also, if you're gonna be rude you probably shouldn't have a leaking roof coming on the inside..seems like a trip from the health department!!!!
Rude and uncleanly.
Avoid as there are way better Jack in the box locations. Heck the one on east Lancaster is better than this place!!

Read moreI recently stopped into this Jack in the Box at 6501 Grapevine Hwy, North RIchland Hills, TX 76180. The time was probably around 8pm on 07/25/2019. While there I used the restroom and apparently left my iPhone 7 Plus in the restroom. After tracking it online, I went back to the location and was told that my phone was in the safe and that they did not have access to it and to come back in the morning. Later that night at 11:46pm I got an email notification that the activation lock (which I placed on the phone) was requesting my password, meaning someone was trying to get into my phone. I then went back up there this morn, only to be told that yes, my phone was found in the restroom, but that an employee had given it out to someone else (a friend) already that morn! How do you give out a cell without first verifying the owner of the device (make sure the person can unlock the phone!), as well as not having a physical affidavit made of the device being found and then picked up by whom and at what time?!?? Very unprofessional. Nobody but a manager should have had access to this device, which has personal as well as business information on it. This manager that told me the phone was given out claimed to have gone back and called the employee (who gave it to a friend) and said she got no answer, and took my name and number and said she would get back to me. I have yet to hear anything, and am basically out of a phone due to dishonest employees. I will be filing a stolen phone report with NRH PD and they can go find out what happened...
Read more2nd edit: its now been over a month since the issue occurred. Still haven't heard from the district manager nor have any of my emails been responded to. Out $30 and Food, and a choice for food apparently 🤦
EDIT: In response to the company's reply (I can'treply to it for some reason) I have filled the form out 3 times now, as well as call the 858 number, and have actually spoken to a person, however they had to pass it on to the district manager and nothing has happened since. The incident occurred Sept 1st.
After being a repeat customer, several times a month, for the last few months (since the reopening) we've officially abandoned jack in the box as whole. The simple order errors were fine, they'd typically fix it and send us on our way. The hit or miss quality of the food was no longer an issue, which is why we continued to give them our business. I've now had the worst experience of my life there, dealing with the manager. No respect. No customer service. Absolute rudeness and hatred. I've managed in fast food restaurants, I understand that side of things and get that things happen. But this lady went too far. And after several attempts of reaching out to corporate, it's now been almost a month without any resolve. I'll also note that we're out $30 AND the food we ordered. So I will take my business elsewhere. Just be mindful when visiting this location. And please dont order through the app either, that will just cause even more...
