we had gotten our wedding rings here & the day of our wedding our best man misplaced our rings. my now husband called Look Jewelers, told them our situation & without a hesitation they told him to send someone to come pick up some loaner bands for the day. we are so appreciative!!! our day went smoothly without the guests knowing what had happened that morning. thankfully the ring was found the following day. we are so grateful for Look Jewelers. I was very appreciative when we shopped for our wedding bands there, they helped me decided which band would compliment my engagement ring , my husbands band & then saved the day with the bands we had to borrow for the day. we are very impressed with not only the beautiful jewelry but the customer service is TOP KNOTCH! my mother-in-law said she will only go to Look Jewelers for future jewelry needs & she lives in North Carolina so that should speak volumes. I went to Look Jewelers to sell my 14K white Gold necklace ( I bought at Helzberg Jeweler )with 3 drop diamonds. The first guy that I talked to said that I could get 1,500 to 2 grand but need to wait for the other guy ( don’t know if he’s the owner or what ) he’s on lunch break and when I came back to the store he said that the DIAMONDS doesn’t have a VALUE & only paying $175 for my necklace. If the diamond doesn’t have a value, why do you guys sell a lot of jewelries with diamond on it then??? Also, I don’t think that HELZBERG JEWELER will sell something with diamonds that doesn’t have a value. It’s a shame trying to fool people in your neighborhood! I go there when I need repair for my jewelries because I want to support locally but if that’s how they treat their customers I will never do business with...

I brought a sterling silver ring that I have worn for more than 20 years that had become completely misshapen and had started cutting my finger to Look Jewelers to see if they could bring it back to life. The ring had a design with holes throughout it that caused it to break several times over the years. Randy was able to add silver inside the ring, while maintaining the original look by antiquing the design. The ring is now a circle again, the inside of it is completely comfortable, and I highly doubt it is going to break again. This ring cost $20 originally, but has a lot of sentimental value.
