I ordered my daughters cupcake cake from the Hamburg location. She is leaving for the Army so I asked for the Army star and Good Luck with her name. The order sheet said army star sprayed with Good Luck (name). I picked it up. The star was in the upper left corner hand drawn (which was ok not horribly horrible) but the writing of Good Luck (name) looked like the frosting was given to a 1st grader. I was told by a person in Deli that bakery was not in and the party was that day. I called to leave a message for the manager and was told someone was in bakery. That female said call back tomorrow for the manager there was nothing she could do. Betsy the manager of bakery was not helpful in the least. Since we are the cupcakes the day before (duh it was the party we needed something)there was nothing she could do and furthermore she was the one who decorated the cake. A very shopper friendly store...all food items are easily located by overhead signs clearly describing the product on that isle...the butchered meats are fresh,the prices are reasonable and the store is full of weekly advertised specials as described in sales circular...the staff are courteous and friendly and will offer assistance to find any item that may need locating throughout the store...check out is by choice either self service or by employee occupied counter.....ample parking and never a shortage of shopping carts....my favorite neighborhood food store....and lets not forget the Redners rewards....money off gas fill or off the total bill which can be applied before finalizing transaction.....Redners is...
   Read moreRedner's is a great, local chain but their prices still aren't as good as say Walmart or Aldi. But I'd rather support Redner's than Walmart. I have an odd concern though. Up until about six months ago, all Redner's supermarkets and convenience stores had payphones in their lobbies or just outside the door. In the past year, they have all been ripped out. Payphones are a lifeline for folks who cannot afford cell phones or whose cell phone is not working at a particular time.
