I have been driving past JDM for years admiring their beautiful and large inventory of Adirondack chairs that are displayed outside along route 23. Finally, when I was in the market to buy some of those chairs, I stopped in last week to check them out. Jason immediately saw to my needs. He was extremely friendly and took some time to learn about what I was trying to accomplish aesthetically at my fire pit. We talked about my budget, and then he walked around with me to figure out which chair set would fit my needs best. He made sure to show me the ones on sale so he could make sure I got a great deal. My fiancé and I came in looking for a new shed and were greeted immediately. We explained the size and type of shed needed to fit our HOA standards and Jason walked us to the sheds in our price range. He let us look around on our own and said to come find him when we were ready. Not being pushed at is a rare thing when you try to buy something and it was so nice not to feel pressured. There were no upcharges and he actually called someone else to make sure the price and the ramp were accurate that he was quoting us. If I could give them zero stars I would. We went there specifically for chairs we saw advertised on facebook marketplace. Original price was $783 per chair and sale price was $391. The salesman said there is 8% off the $783 price. When I brought up the ad, he said that is no longer valid and that he just hasn’t had time to remove all the ads. This is very poor business. He didn’t even offer to do a better deal at all since having the ad up was his mistake. Maybe they don’t need the business, but I will be sure to discourage anyone from going there. Very...
