This place had good reviews so I have it a try since I need a go to salon. Good price too. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't the best. Crystal cut my hair and was so sweet. She wanted it just right for me and told me to come back if it wasn't just right. I tried to call for an adjustment and the receptionist seemed rather annoyed with my call. She told me she would give the message to the stylist since she didn't have availability. I never received a call so I called back a few days later. Nothing came of it and I was just told there were no availabilities so I ended up having to keep my cut, even though it needed fixed. I guess I will be finding...

Do not come here. I came in wanting to do a partial bleach job. I have been blonde numerous times so I know relatively how much my hair would lift. I just emphasized I wanted it toned to where it wouldn’t make my hair yellow. Jen was the very unprofessional stylist that I was scheduled to see that proceeded to “look me up and down” as I walked in with a snobby and horrific attitude and to tell me she can’t make my hair that light (again as I told her I was aware of that) but how uncomfortable this woman made me feel...
