I never leave reviews but after your lack of communication, it needs to be addressed. I’ve been a customer for 5 years. Since March, our subdivision has been under construction. Bitterroot Disposal called each house member to let us know we needed to put our trash cans on the other side of the street until further notice. Today, the driver missed my trash!!!! Mary tried to tell me it was dumped at 10:39 AM. She called the driver then called me back to let me know the driver would dump my trash tomorrow morning and to put it at the end of my driveway. NOBODY from the office nor the driver has filled the Twin Creeks subdivision in on where they would like the trash cans now that the construction is finished!! I use a PO Box for my mailing address even though I had a couple utility bills with my physical address, One did not specify the city. We haven't changed how we fill, or where we place our cans. I called after the 1st notice and was informed we have a new driver.
