I had the pleasure of having Delbert (owner) respond to an urgent plea via AAA. I was camped up in the remote reaches of the Bitterroot National Forest, and my car battery had futzed out on me, and so I was basically trapped. Thankfully I had my mountain bike, so I rode it down several miles to where I had cell service, and made the call to AAA.

I had anticipated standing on the side of the road with my bicycle in the blazing sun for a few hours, but as fate may have it, Delbert just happened to be within a couple of miles of me, and within fifteen minutes or so we were driving back up to my campsite. My car initially resisted a jump, but then it cranked up, and I was truly a "happy camper!"

Delbert is an extremely kind and generous person who went above and beyond the call of duty by driving up a lengthy forest road in his rig. He didn't hesitate to help me in a time of dire need, and I am forever grateful.

Awesome experience with Delbert on my Subaru Outback. My alternator died on the highway. Old alternator and the belt was absolutely shot. I originally asked for a quote on towing to Missoula so I could work on it myself, he says "nah I can get it fixed and replaced for less". Less expensive than being towed!
