Five years ago I posted a negative review, primarily because the woman who worked there could not have been more unpleasant. Time for an update -- and FIVE STARS.

Mean Lady is gone and now we have Jennifer in the booth! WOWZA. She could not be more professional, kind, and helpful.

We have made multiple trips to the Transfer Station recently, and look forward to seeing her each time. She is efficient, pleasant, fun, and happy -- and gives great directions to those of us who are backing-up impaired.

Advertising hours on all media outlets are not consistent with when they are open. They DO NOT answer the phone during "advertised" hours. On Monday morning several loaded vehicles were waiting for the disposal to open. After more than an hour after they were supposed to open, an attendant came to the gate advising their advertising was wrong. Several trucks with yard wasted & garbage were forced to leave. WHAT THE HECK! It is not supposed to be a pleasurable experience to visit the dump. I don’t know who the lady was who was running the show, but she is dynamite! She said some staff were on vacation and she had to operate the booth and the loader. She did this with aplomb and a bright smile. We waited about 30 minutes to get in , but it was amazing to watch her handle it all. Whoever you are , and you know who you are . You are outstanding at your job and you made our day watching you knock it out of the park. Well...
