First off I had ordered all my furniture for my home before moving into it...bad choice. I had purchased my home sight unseen...bad choice. I thought the drawing of my home was to scale, accurate, and I could take that and furnish my home...boy was I wrong. After lots of returns and exchanges I decided I would go a different route. Local business is always the best business right? YES! I reached out and got connected with Chris. He is so professional and responsive and so busy!! This is his passion but like the rest of us he has a job to pay the bills...hopefully not for long. He needs this to be his primary job and income because he’s that good! He built us a custom bar with a back bar and front bar so essentially 3 pieces. We also had some things to overcome...door sizes to wall measurements. Chris did a thorough phone consultation and then came to the house to take measurements with a sketch that was exactly the vision we described to him over the phone. We gave him the go ahead and so the fun began! He checked in with us every move along the way even allowing us to come over and help pick out the stain! The bar was done waaaaaay before we had anticipated and he delivered it himself. I have to say it’s one of the best pieces in the house and we have lots more projects lined up for Chris! Very bad experience. The door of the cabinet was warped and I said” look at the door it does not close “and he said “ yeah it’s warped” and he did not offer to fix it. I gave him the color that I wanted him to stain the cabinet and it was four times darker than the sample I showed him. He did not call me first to let me know that it was turning out darker as he was staining it. When I told him it was too dark he said it would cost me a lot of money if he was going to re-sand it and...
