Food great. 👍🏻 Atmosphere was good really liked the singer playing some good tunes. As for service… family and I arrived with a dirty table we asked the waitress if we could get a towel to wipe off she said she’d get us one. We waited a good 10 minutes then the waitress took our order - no towel. Family thought no big deal waitress will clean the table once our food was ready. Nope 👎 the waitress gave us our food then walked off. Exasperated we got a napkin and used some water from our drink to clean the table then she appeared with a towel and had us lift up our plates so she could wipe down the table. Mid meal we drank our drinks and wanted a refill. Seeing that the waitress was busy I asked when she walked by if she could give us a pitcher of water to refill. The waitress gave me a look as if I was crazy and said “ no I can come back to refill”. She did not come back to refill our beverages until the end of the meal. I understand she was busy but while shuffling back and forth you’d think to ask the other tables if the need anything refilled or ask how the meal is? Then waiting for the bill and boxes. We literally had to stop the waitress and request because she didn’t want to come and check on the status of us eating. We didn’t get out with the bill paid till close to closing time and the singer was packing after his set.

Moral of this story: food is great but make sure you are able to sit for...

I would like to leave a minus zero review but it's not an option. I wish we had looked at the reviews before going there. If people looked at the reviews of this place they would never go there. I have eaten at alot of places in alot of states and this is the Worst service...staff and owner I have ever encountered. We walked in and were told to pick a table, which our party of 3 did. This place is dirty...wish we listened to our gut instinct when we sat at the dirty table. The table top and napkin holders were dirty and greasy...felt like years of grease accumulation...sticky residue. After 10 min of waiting my brother in law went and and got some menus...10 more min passed and I went to the bar to ask if we could get a waitress...the bartender said she will be there soon. After 10 more minutes thewaitress came we placed our order it was 40 min. Beforeour food and drinks came and our food was cold ..we sent it back. When I went to pay the bartender asked me how things were I told her it was an unpleasant experience with cold food and long waits. She got the owner who told me thatwe were nothing but trouble since we walled in.. I told her all we wanted was service and a hot meal..she said I'm not doing anything about your bill ..which I hadn't even asked her to. She was rude....I WILL NEVER RECOMNEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ...

Great food and great service with a Irish pup atmosphere and a full bar

UPDATE: Dear Mary You establishment has always been an amazing place to take the family to eat the environment has always been great and the staff has always been super friendly until today. The food was still great but the waitress that I have attached a picture of is hands down the rudest lazy person you have on your staff she has the personality of a potato. By the time we received our meal our drinks were empty she didn’t offer to refill them I let her walk by our table over five times waiting for her to offer before I had to ask she then refilled one of the drinks and left the other two emptie even though this happened I said thank you multiple times weather I was ordering or when she handed the food down there wasn’t a you’re welcome or anything there were multiple people complaining about how poor a waitress she was it definitely didn’t seem like she cared to be there and she obviously had a poor attitude one other small thing to complain about here is there was no Irish music playing there was some good music playing in the kitchen but not what I would usually expect to hear I didn’t mind it but many other people did I hope you can improve this situation...
