
I’ve been going here off and on for 6 years until just recently where I switched to being here FULL time. The old school feel of the gym is unmatched. Nautilus equipment, rogue, hammer strength, plenty of dumbbells - hex and regular - the list goes on. I not only train myself here I now train ALL of my clients out of here. The atmosphere is what I look for in a gym: community focused, always striving to give back, family oriented, even service dogs are allowed and can be seen sitting with their owners as they train — just a super supportive and encouraging place. Albeit an old school feel, the encouragement you feel and receive here is gold. Read moreI love this gym so much, I started going when I was relatively new to lifting and the environment is WAY better than the YMCA I was going to before. I was kind of worried that a bodybuilding focused gym wouldn't be a safe/ welcoming space for women but I feel super comfortable and I've never had any creepy experiences there. If I kept going to the Y I would have never gotten this into it, the equipment and music are great.
