Worst experience ever! I moved from Colorado to New Jersey 2 months before giving birth and needed to see a doctor right away since I was so close to giving birth. The first appointment was an hour wait and thereafter was a least an hour wait or 2 in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room. I was going to get my D-tap vaccine but waited for another 40 mins after my exam and no one had come yet to say how much longer, if they were on their way or what the holdup was so we walked out. As we were walking out I saw nurses just standing around talking. 😠 The nurses are rude and don't know what they are doing, the rooms are filthy. Noone ever knew how far along I was, even my doctor so I had to tell them every time, even though they should of had that on file. The nurses never said very much to me except for hi and when they took my temp or blood pressure I asked them if it was a good temp, blood pressure, ect and they acted like it was a hassle to answer me back. The first time I took a pee sample they didn't tell me I had to carry it into the exam room with me or what room, I had to ask them and when they took out the strip to exam the pee they did it right in the room and with old (someone else's) pee right on the counter every time and she never changed gloves but went from taking the pee sample to the computer to taking my temp. 😟 😖 The last time I was there she was pushing on the top of the plastic cover for the ear thermometer with those same gloves she took the sample with, I had to ask her to change her gloves for sanitary purposes. So I guess she didn't like me asking her that because she said I needed to strip naked for the exam, I said "what are you serious?" She said, "yes, that's what the doctor said". So I did and when the doctor came in she said, "no, no, no, from the waist down". I told her that the nurse told me to strip down. So that was my last visit before I had my child, the hospital I gave birth was great but I hate going here and am finding a new doctor for me and my children as fast as I can. Dr. Hassan the dentist please stay away! She doesn't know what she is doing. Where do I start? First, she couldn't figure out how to numb my tooth correctly. The anethistia numbed a different part of my mouth a d not the tooth that she suppose to work on. She proceeded anyway to work on my tooth without anesthesia. For a whole hour, she was digging in my tooth and you can imagine the pain I went through. She was nervous the whole time and breathing heavy, like she started a project and doesn't know how to finish it. She knew she messed up and was telling me throughout the whole thing, I am trying to save the tooth. She stopped in the middle of the process like three times, left the room and came back. When she finally was ready to put in the filling, she was still not sure if she digged out the rest of the cavity or not. She proceeded to dig in my tooth even after she put the filling in. I went through so much pain in this visit, even after the I left the office and 14 hours after and the whole left side of my mouth is in severe pain. I'm at Hammonton office today and im sorry but these scheduling people are lousy as hell. They Consistently send me and my family to offices to receive shots / vaccines that they dont have except in 1 of the other offices every single time. This is now the 3rd time since September (now December) ive had issues with being scheduled to go someplace then being told to go somewhere else. Honestly the absolute worst place to go for anything, and they know it and couldnt care less. They have 0 empathy or sympathy, while sitting there ruining your day or wasting your time. Then they wont even provide dr notes when they refuse to see our children for the flu shot they scheduled and we had to make our child miss a day of school for, but we are supposed to reschedule our whole day to drive 45 minutes in the other direction to maybe get the shot at a different office if they happen to have it.
