The WORST experience Iâve had with an establishment BY FAR! An order to honor my father (who is a terminal cancer patient!) was pushed to the side and delayed almost 2 weeks after the promised day of completion, due to a larger account they had. We were told all accounts are prioritized the same and delays of any kind are never expected. After too much time, the product came out awful.
When making our frustrations known, you would think any business that has any kind of merit or professionalism would be eager to fix any issues or concerns and prioritize a respectable reputation of taking accountability and handling situations properly, opposed to making excuses.
Excuses is all we received in return.
98% of these five-star reviews are fake and written by affiliates and literal employees of the company! Lol. Sad attempt at trying to compensate for poor business, but their work surely doesnât speak for them. Iâve never felt more disrespect and disappointment towards a company.
Donât waste your time or money.
The owner, Phil Shenk, told me it was my fault I didnât know more about the products lol. After boasting about being in the business for 25 years, you would think someone would have the class to own up to a wrongdoing instead of making an attempt to excuse a sub-par product on the table in front of your face đ
Both sales reps AGREED the product looked bad and they had no knowledge it would turn out as such. One of which stated that if there were any issues we were highly dissatisfied with, they can cut the invoice at $0 and we can part ways.
We were offered NOTHING and were blamed for the entire process. The rep said and I quote âEven if I said that, that doesnât hold up.â Along with âPromises arenât promises in todayâs day in age.â
Truly pathetic.
Sad beyond belief of the way the owner conducts business.
If you know the product so well after 25 years, why donât your employees know it?
