AWFUL SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a reclining loveseat sofa and paid $129 for “white glove delivery”. When it was delivered we received irreversible damage to our stairwell wall and door frame, with huge gouges taken out all along the wall (see pics). When we reached out we were told “too bad not our problem” since we only noticed it after the two “delivery men” left. We will not be buying anymore furniture from Allen Wayside and will make sure to tell friends and family to avoid at all cost. It’s no wonder this place was empty on Labor Day weekend…don’t...

I have been a customer for 30 years. I walked in today on a mission and was greeted like family. Jeff sat down across from me and listened to what I needed. He explained the sales , checked availability and delivery schedule and I’m excited to say I found the perfect recliners after sitting in several and learning their options.
