honest review. Lets start with the good. I purchased a 2020 RZR XP 1000 Ultimate Aden was a good salesperson who responded to most of my questions. Additionally, the paperwork and Finanancial transactions went very smooth and was completed quickly. However all of these good things were undone with the after the sale service. I purchased the rzr along with several accessories which they would be installing. Even though I was told it would take only a week It ended up being 3 weeks with multiple reasons why there was a delay. Reasons being staff shortages to wrong parts ordered. The communication broke down and i received very little information. After 3 weeks the service manager got involved and finally the machine was scheduled to be delivered. I was told that it would be washed and made sure it was clean and that they would go over everything. When the machine arrived, they just dropped it and then left explaining nothing. It wasn't washed it was just sprayed with water and too make matters worse when i test drove it in my yard it ran out of gas. After all this trouble they didn't even take the time to fill the tank. Overall, the experience wasn't that pleasant and because they store their vehicles outside water gets into areas it shouldn't. i noticed My lighter plug is fully corroded from water .Not something that should happen to a machine with no miles on it. Before the sale they are promising the world, but after you sign and pay that world is a distant planet somewhere out of...

If your thinking about buying a power sports product DO NOT BUY HERE. Called on a new snowmobile they had in stock asked them what options the sled was equipped with. They told me it was equipped with all the options I was looking for so I gave a deposit and did the financing online. I get there later that day sign all the paperwork and go to take delivery of the sled and find out it doesn’t have the option I was told it did. When speaking to sales person they said they said they made a mistake and would speak to the owner about making it right. After phone call back from the salesman they offered to sell me the options that the sled was suppose to have a full retail. I said that was not a reasonable solution. He said he would call me back after hours no response I called him. To make a long story short I had to call multiple times with no response back from him. Finally asked to speak to a manager to figure out what was going on she told me they offered a solution and basically they made a mistake and they are not going to own up and make their mistake right. So I got a to bad if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Worse buying experience of my life. Tried to reach out to the owner with no response back. I guess this is acceptable practice for practice which is scary considering their owner is the president of New Hampshire Auto Dealer...

What a rotten dealership. They won't even honor their quoted prices. You would think that even when their own quoted numbers are sitting in front of them they would honor it but oh no, they can't. The quote was too low nonsense. Yet it's ok for me to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up a motorcycle that isn't for sale at the price you just gave me? Bait and switch 100% On top of that they refused to refund me my entire deposit back. The computer doesn't allow it is the excuse. It can only issue you a partial refund. So they require a good faith deposit from the customer but when they themselves don't act in good faith your out part of your deposit? That sounds like a con but it's how they operate. Can you imagine how much money they skim off of people lured in by low quotes and when they can't afford the "new and updated" quote they keep part of your deposit even though the customer did absolutely nothing wrong other than trying to buy from them? It's like legalized theft and quite the scam when you think about it.

Look at the loads of other negative reviews just like this they have. I should have trusted the reviews more than word of mouth cause they keep doing this over and over. Give me a thumbs up if this review sends you to another dealership to buy your...

had an unexpected issue occur with the newly purchased bike and after talking to the sales team, parts was involved to help communication, and the GM called. all of whom were extremely forgiving and apologetic when they simply could have done the easy thing and try to shoo me off with a future discount. they went past above and beyond to make it right and stayed in touch with me during everything . things happen, we can't pretend that they don't and as long as it's handled properly then i will always support and go back. with the kickass new building they seem to have a lot of new positive things going on and always have better inventory than other NE stores, crazy to say but true. including the hot shots at greater boston who say "we are the largest kawi dealer in the NE" well my friend, 3 times you haven't had my bike, and seacoast has... good people and highly recommend as long as the service i got continues

They were very welcoming and got me the right price that I was comfortable with. The service was perfect and they never pressured me into anything. This was the easiest purchase at a dealership I have ever done in my life. I was emailing back and forth with Sean and he was super responsive. I was in and out within 1-2 hours. Thank you Sean and Lorie for everything. I will 100% be back if I purchase another machine, as well as be back for them to service my machine. Ps. They’re a dog friendly dealership and treated my dog like their own! We appreciate you guys! Thanks again!

I had been looking for a side bye side and I found one at seacoast power-sports. I had bought a used one and did not take the aftermarket warranty and of course I had a problem …. So I reached out to Sean the sales manager that next morning , mind you I live two hrs away in a different state an also new to wear I live.
