Dear Emily i am truly sorry you had a bad time on your visit at (what i call my store) Dodge's Agway in Hampton Falls NH. I have had to wait my turn on a few occasions but i as a costumer i fully understand that a small business like my store (Dodge's Agway Farm & Garden, 116 Lafayette Rd, Hampton Falls, NH 03844 ) can be busy at times so i do wait my turn when i need to, and when i have my turn they are very helpful to me and if i am buying something i don't need they will explain why i don't need it and show me what i do need for my small flock of chickens. Do not buy wood pellets from this location. After picking up my cubex wood pellets the pallets were soaked and had some moisture damaged bags. Called the store and spoke with a nice woman who said no problem bring the bags back that were damaged. The lady with short dyed blond hair gave my wife a hard time about the returns saying they don't do returns/exchanges and to use the swollen bags.(clueless) I advise to think about buying wood pellets here and good luck treating...

Love this place, & love the people that work there. Very kind, and great customer service. Except this one loader. I don't know if he was having a bad day or not, by the way he snatched the slip off my hands and how he slammed the bag down at the loading dock. Didn't phase me, brushed it off like nothing happened. Wouldn't let a bad moment ruin my day. But someone else probably would've been offended, by the way people are these days.
