Ih gosh, what to tell you about Grocery Outlet? Well, there is the small town neighborhood feeling one experiences everytime they enter the automatic glass doors. The employees are each so genuinely kind and helpful, unlike those at the big box stores. There is always someone close at hand to assist with questions or just locating a product. The store is kept clean and perfectly laid out. There is a HUGE variety of products, including cheeses from all around the world, and the prices are lower than any other comparable grocery store. And the wine selection is outstanding too! And did I mention that the prices can't be beat? If you want a friendly grocery shopping experience where people actually know your name AND you get far more for a lot less $$$, then get to your local Grocery Outlet. I like their selection many varieties of items that you can and are able to purchase there. Customer service is excellent I got help with my groceries put it in my car the girls are pleasantly talk with very helpful. Not very many customers in the store though. They didn't have any of my hot dogs on the shelves and I asked one of the employees if they had any in the back. He said he would go check and find some 40 seconds later seconds later he was back with a whole box. What happened to the good prices? Admit it people- prices here are just as high here as any market. Where are all the inexpensive canned goods? Especially the variety of unique jams and jellies. Just like Smart & Final- you all ruined the whole thing and removed a valuable resource from downtown shoppers. This store has no use for me whatsoever. I do have to say, the employees are SO nice, so friendly. I wish I’d be seeing them again; but I won’t. Don’t be a follower. See it for what it is- they came to north side to take advantage of us.
