Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Hanford

It was the grand opening and I was very excited to have one closer to my house but we came at about 12pm this afternoon and we ordered are drinks with a woman outside she was unable to figure out the tablet so she asked someone else to take our order the new associate then takes me and my brothers order in separate transactions we both use card and we both tip. We get to the windows and the woman at the window claims we didn't pay we both check are separate bank accounts one being usaa and the other being chase both banks show the transaction with the tip she then still continues to try and claim that we must pay twice even though her side shows the ordered drinks and we both show her are accounts. Right before we almost pull away and never come back she very disrespectfully told my brother that next time she will make us pay twice. I will be driving across...

Had to leave a positive review for this Dutch Bros location! My order was taken relatively quickly and although there was a line, the orders were coming out in a timely manner. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by a young woman with a contagious smile. After several seconds, I noticed her giggling about something, as she handed me my drink I noticed she had placed silly stickers on my cup. By this time, we both couldn't contain our laughter. I appreciated this encounter because I wasn't having the best day but she certainly put a smile on my face. I didn't catch her name, but wanted to thank her for the much needed pleasant encounter. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Dutch Bros on 10 & Fargo in Hanford! Not only do they make fantastic drinks, but they also provide outstanding customer service. Every time I pull up to the drive-thru, they remember my name and my usual order, and they always go the extra mile to make sure it's made just the way I like it.
