My name Is Alma Alvarez I am a patient at Millennium Respiratory Service for 16 years. This company is the best of the best from the office staff to the warehouse staff and best of all are the Respirator Therapies! Before I came to Millennium I was with another Respiratory company for 7 years and every year of those 7 years I spent it in and out of the hospital in the I.C.U. That all ended thanks to God almighty and when I changed to Millennium it has been 16 years that I haven’t been hospitalized!!

I have been truly blessed to have one of the best Respiratory Therapist Millennium has Julie Schnakenberg Seifert! Julie is an incorruptible human being she is very respectful kindhearted smart, helpful caring very patient she goes out of her way to help. She is informative educational she helps the person understand when they are confuse! I have been with Julie for about 8 to 9 years now we have our monthly visits which are always great I can always depend on Julie even when she’s not on call!

This week I had a little problem with my vent my fault anyway I called Julie for help even though she was not on call she took her time to help me fugue out the problem and fixed it! I have had a full issues with my vent machine and every time that I call Julie she comes over and the issue is resolved thanks to Julie!!

This is the kind of person Julie is someone you can count on without a doubt!! I call her my angel on earth an excellent person with excellent skills!

We have been the blessed recipients of respiratory supplies and care from Millennium Respiratory since February 2012! Over the last 6 years the ENTIRE staff has contributed to the betterment of my 16-year-old daughter's quality of life and improvement of her respiratory health. I would like to specifically call out Julie Schnakenberg Seifert for her professionalism and outstanding care and ongoing support of my daughter's respiratory regimen. Julie has faithfully come to our home every month for the last 6 years, inspected all the equipment, worked very closely with my daughter's medical team, made fine-tune adjustments to her care plan as necessary and pays very close attention to detail and notices when something needs attention. Having been involved with several other home care DME/Respiratory Equipment providers, we have seen horrible care and recognize outstanding care when we see it. In the first 12 years of my daughter's life, a respiratory therapist from the "other" DME company NEVER came to our home to check equipment and ensure that all inspections and services were up to date. We are so grateful to have Julie and Millennium Respiratory Services on our Team--they have dramatically improved my daughter's quality of life and eased my burden from having to chase a company down to replace uninspected, out-of-date equipment! I have been a patient who uses non-invasive ventilation and the respiratory company I use is Millennium Respiratory Services. I have used this company for the past 22 years and without a doubt they are the best of the best as is my respiratory therapist, Julie Seifert. Julie is kind, compassionate, cares for her patients and sees them at least once a month. When I had difficulty finding a mask to fit, she brought many of them to my home for me to try. Finally, she found one that fit. Julie never gave up trying and thinking which would be the best mask for me and she found it. Millennium Respiratory Services is a top-notch company and every employee that I have dealt with has been superior. They even still have a human answer the phone! This is personal service at its best! I am sure it would be easier to have a machine answer the phone, but they still have that personal touch, which is unheard of in this day and age. In the 22 years I have dealt with Millennium, they have grown even larger and yet still have that personal touch.
