Wouldn't even give 1 star.. What a scam.. We had to cancel a pickup a few times.. Only because my Wife is on dialysis and trying to get on kidney transplant list.. They are sending her to appointments.. My Wife's health is more important then a pickup of items.. We can't help that.. Plus we live 3 - 4 miles away from them.. They say only can come out on Wednesdays and they also say can't come out til almost 2 months later.. Then they change my Wife's dialysis days and making dr appointments ect ect.. They don't understand that.. And get all mad at us for it saying you canceled a couple times and messed up our schedule.. How when we gave you a month notice about a pick up scheduled 2 months before hand.. They had no compassion about my Wife's health.. Plus only on Wednesday to go 3 - 4 miles away.. Well maybe if you had more days you wouldn't have that problem.. Health is always number one yes NUMBER EFFIN ONE Priority.. You there need to get your priorities straight and have compassion and a heart for what people are going through.. Ok someone else will be getting a FREE 4K Smart Tv as well as other easy to make money on items.. People hear us mostly if have any kind of health problems STAY AWAY from this place.. I used to go there to get good deals on things that I needed. it's not what it used to be now it's more like a retail store. some items I can get at Home Depot or Lowe's cheaper then at the restore the prices match the pictures that are posted from other people it looks like a department store with department store prices. wasn't even worth my time going out of my way to go there I realized that money gets taken in there is donated you no longer get good deals you're better off going...

The prices on open box items seemed higher than you’d pay for retail. I saw an apron front sink that was listed for $700 when you can get similar sinks brand new from Lowe’s for $400.
