Pizza Bella - Nanticoke — Restaurant in Nanticoke

My husband & I always ordered from pizza bella in forty fort which was always great! Then we had no choice but to order from the one in Nanticoke. Whenever we ordered delivery the food turned up soggy & cold & exceeded the time frame we were given. So we decided we will only pick up from them & this didnt turn out good either. When you order their rude all the employees & half the time they don’t even get your order right. When you go into the restaurant they are all on their phones ignoring the customer... you get no kind of greeting just attitude like your doing something wrong & interrupting them & get treated like your an inconvenience. The one time my husband picked up food & the girl was so rude that he walked right out. They pizza is always undercooked & doughy... the wings are soggy even if you order them extra crispy & they have terrible customer service!!! OMG! I called and asked if they deliver, they said, "Yes". Went back to my party of 8 people and made an order from their menu. Called back, no answer, recording said they did not close for hours. Ok, they're busy. Kept trying, got an answer after 5 calls.

Asked for 2 value deals from the menu ($60 worth of food), they kept steering me toward other ones. I asked, "Can I just get what I want because I already got 8 people to decide on the order?"

They said, "Fine".

I said what I wanted and they said they no longer offered it for over a year. I asked for an updated menu, they said come into the store. I asked if there's a website or maybe they could email updated menu? They said they only have what I can see and I would need to come in to see what's updated. I said, "Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery, no?"

We order from here often because we like the sweet sauce pizza. Our last order of a $100 we got 3 pizzas and 30 wings and when we got home realized all the wings were drums, not one flat... called the store and they blamed it on shift change that they didnt tell us that they were out of flats. I asked for a manager and I guess she was too busy in the back and I was told to call the main office and complain because the cases of wings they got were all drums which I find it hard to believe. I asked if they could just give us a discount or something on our next order since we are repeat customers and apparently there was nothing she could do even though after reading other comments the owner states that if you are not satisfied with your order and bring it back in 30 minutes they will make it right. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes it right...
