We rebooked our wedding several times (covid...), and finally decided to host a last-minute backyard wedding. Luckily, Leah was recommended to us to photograph the event. She was available for pre-wedding phone meetings to go over exactly what we wanted. Since we were kind of winging it, Leah went above and beyond, serving almost as a day-of coordinator gently nudging us towards a more realistic wedding day schedule, and making sure we were running on time and checking off our list items (even reminding us to sign our marriage license, ha!). We had scheduled Leah to stay for only a few hours and ended up requesting that she stay longer. This was 100% worth it; we love the formal pictures but we are so glad to have more relaxed pictures from the end of the evening. Leah was upbeat and enthusiastic during the whole event. To us, she felt like a spirited guest at our small wedding. Most importantly, we just received our photos, and they are amazing! Glad to have those memories!
