They were quick, but messy.

I chose a color out of the samples that they gave me, but they told me "oops, that's not a gel color". I picked out a new color, but the number was worn off and the girl said she didn't know which bottle it would be. I asked her to pick the closest one she can find. After showing me 2 bottles that weren't close enough, I just stopped caring and told her to go ahead and paint my nails. It was a decent color, but a bit too girly for me.

My other complaint is that after she cleaned up my nails, she didn't have me wash them before putting on the Polish.

I like how she shaped my nails (square) but the could have been painted on more neatly.

In short, I'm not...

The pedicures & staff are by far the best around. Mindy is my long time favorite & it's great to see other tenured employees there too. That being said, the atmosphere doesn't match the staff. Although they got new awesome massage chairs, fluorescent lights & TV news on the whole time, are simple not relaxing. I'd personally love to help them with a makeover. Still, true to keeping my reviews honest & kind, you won't regret the pedicure if you can get past...

The ladies here are wonderful! My nails are always beautiful and last a long time. Today I came in with a nail that had split while working (I dropped a piece of heavy metal on it) and it was very painful and bleeding. The lady there was very gentle with that nail and was always checking to make sure I wasn't in pain. The end result was just what I asked for, and the acrylics are protecting my nail....
