Jensen's RV Center of Cadillac — Local services in Haring Township

I was told before I bought my RV that everything would be checked, and made sure to be in working order. I bought the RV from them 4 weeks ago and I've had several problems already, that supposedly were checked before I bought it. Electrical issues and most recently, leaks from the gray water tank AND the black water tank. Jensens ensured me, before u bought, that everything would be checked and repaired, if necessary, other than the generator, because they don't deal with that. I doubt they did anything. If they had, they would have known about these issues. When I called regarding these matters I was told a "revised" story that they only check the appliances before selling. Absolute lie. Not to mention all the roof damage that needs to be repaired. I'll never buy from them again nor would I recommend...

We pulled into Cadillac (State Park) last night to camp for 4 nights. First trip of the year. No hot water by morning. We tried everything. I called Jensen's and explained my situation to a VERY NICE MAN (I forgot his name in my frenzy (Randy? Maybe) who PATIENTLY walked me through MANY steps and possibilities. It's 36 degrees out and he even suggested and waited for me to go put a coat on. Everything together, about 15 minutes later, the water heater kicked on and we have warm water! YAY! We bought an older used camper (not from them) that we intend to put on our property for a private camp site. When I say it was missing some stuff, it has a list…haha. The biggest was the hand crank for the slide outs. Went all over the west side of Michigan, to every single parts, hardware, or freight store we could find. No one had anything like it, and very few even knew what we were talking about. He knew exactly what we needed, and what size. Took it over there and opened our slide outs as soon as the part came in. We plan to improve our camper and redo it completely so I’m sure we will be back!!! ...
