The experience I had at this store location was unlike anything I’ve experienced at a jewelry store before.

All I requested was a ring resize on my amazing engagement ring.

It started out really great and I was promised a phone call if any issues resizing my engagement ring. They told me it would take 3 weeks to complete.

On the second week I made a phone call to the store just to verify that they could in fact resize my ring with no problems. The lady I spoke with said “Yes, he won’t have any issues with your ring.”

On week three, the day of pick up. I called again to confirm pick-up. The man working on my ring told me “Yeah, so we weren’t able to resize your ring because it’s as small as it can get, I can give you some ring guards for free though, and pick up will be at 1:00pm.”

I get to the store very upset since I waited almost a month to get my engagement ring back. I was very aggravated because he didn’t even look at it till the beginning of week three (when it was due for pick up) PLUS it was given to me by my fiancé, and it hurt to leave it there for three weeks. I would have dropped it off the day they were set to work on it, if I knew this prior. The fact that I called prior to double check that it was able to be resize was another issue, since they in fact lied to me.

As I received my engagement ring back, they didn’t even provide the ring guard as promised. The store clerk acted as if everything was okay and fine. The same lady who lied to me! No sympathy!

I left the store in tears. All I wanted was to get my ring resized and a confirmation that it could be done. Instead I’m leaving overseas with a ring that doesn’t even fit my finger. Overall, I am very disappointed...

Anthony Joseph Jewelers responded to me in only 5 short hours later after I FB messaged 💖! I was so pleased when I asked if I could schedule an appointment that upcoming Saturday and I was told that I could get my ring resized and have it back that SAME day.

I have been so excited to get to wear my ring again!

The pricing was really good! I asked for recommendations before I got my ring resized and the staff was so genuine and I was able to make good choices about my ring going up in size! I think that was Anthony in the back? :)

We left the store and only 2 short hours later I received a called from Michael telling me that my ring was ready! I was so shocked and excited we zoomed right over. I literally GASPED AND ALMOST teared up when i saw my ring again because they cleaned, polished and shined it, it was honestly more sparkly than the day I was proposed too LOLOL. So beautiful!

Update:: my ring became misshapen again, so of course I went back to this amazing jeweler. I walked in expecting to make an appointment, but he took it from me and fixed it right away, literally within five minutes! By far the best jeweler I have ever been to. Still so very friendly and helpful.

I lost a small diamond and completely disfigured the shape of my engagement ring as well as had several indentions in the band. I so badly needed to get my ring fixed, so I found this jeweler and decided to give it a shot. I dropped my ring off and the owner was there with his sweet dog. He was super friendly and apparently went straight to work on the ring and got it done within the exact same day, only about five hours later. It was inexpensive, less than my insurance deductible would have been, and obviously done so incredibly fast. When I picked my ring up, it looked so perfect and I couldn’t even tell which side had the new diamond. I will definitely use the same jeweler at any point in the future! So much better than a...
