I drove around for over an hour and went to 5 different banks, looking for a bank that would replace a 50$ bill that my 9 month old got ahold of and ripped slightly, (not all the way ripped) . No one would accept the bill due to the slight rip because i did not have an account with them, and when I finally found myself in tears I started calling places to see who could help. I called here and a beautiful young lady answered and eased my stress and said she would happily help me. Every bank I went to wanted me to get an account with them just to help me. This place was so amazing that I spoke with my spouse about me opening an account with them and I will be back tomorrow to do just that. 10/10 recommend. I currently use SouthStar Bank for my business banking and we are beyond satisfied with their customer service and banking options. All of the staff know us by name, they contact us anytime they notice any unusual activity and if we ever have an issue they get it fixed right away.
