Woodland Plaza — Local services in Harlan

I do love visiting here!! My favorite grocery store is Food City, the selections are unbeatable within our town! I also adore our Panda Garden, absolute best place to eat in our county hands down and the owner operator is sooo wonderful! She fully supports all of our children and gives so much back. Also, Food City's has station especially on Wednesday's so I can fill up my gas tank and get 15 or up to 45 cents off a gallon!!!! Who wouldn't love all this in one place right!!!! The Woodland Plaza offers some of the best shopping in Harlan County. It features Food City, a well appointed grocery store with a wide selection of groceries for the area. Inside Food City is a cafe called Cafe 606. The food and prices are very good. Panda Garden, a chinese food restaurant, offers take out and a lunch time buffet.
