Big City Liquidation — Local services in Harlem Township

BEWARE I was sold a pre owned Nespresso under the guise of it being brand new. Once I took it out of the box I immediately noticed it has coffee grounds in it. Frustrating as that was I decided to not make a big deal of it and move forward with trying to use it. It was at that point I learned that it was broken which is when I decided to call. I was refused a refund for my used and broken item I spent $70 on. On the phone the man I spoke with said himself that it was supposed to have been new. He was going to allow me to exchange which does me absolutely no good as they have nothing I need outside of what I bought, and beyond that I don’t trust them as a business after this. I reiterated that he sold me a used/BROKEN item to which he responded “well how do I know you didn’t break it” with a snarky tone. So now I guess I just donated $70 to their business. While initially I was extremely upset. I have since taken some time to reflect and realized that any “business” that is so desperate for $70 that they will not right their grossly deceitful transaction with the customer probably needs that money more than I do. I can’t wait to see what new business moves in there...
