Napoli Pizza Machesney Park — Restaurant in Harlem Township

I did a Google search to find pizza near me and this place showed up. I decided to venture out and try something new for my family whom does not eat pork. We are very nontraditional when it comes to pizza toppings. I ordered the pizza special with salad and six pack of soda. I specifically asked the lady that answered the phone, “What toppings do you have that does not have pork?” She suggested hamburger is the only other option next to the Italian beef and cheese that I already ordered paying five dollars extra for the Italian beef. Now I should’ve checked before I left because when I got back to the house I found out the salad has ham and pepperoni in it as well. So I gave a thumbs down for that because when I order a salad I normally do not have meat in it unless it’s chicken breast. However the lady That took my order did not tell me there was pork or meat on the salad. So that was very disappointing I guess I should’ve asked the ingredients that were on the salad being at my first time? Pizza was good was a little dry because the cheese was burnt and there was not very much meat or cheese on it. Next time I will check my order...

I like how they advertise they are open until 1030pm, yet when you call at 10pm the rude telephone girl says no you can't order food because the oven's are shut off at 10pm and everyone goes home at 1030. Funny a couple weeks ago I put an order in at 1010pm even though the lady said they stopped taking delivery orders. So I asked to pick it up and she said okay and made a pizza for me. That is customer service. Not telling the customer no, and that there are no managers or supervisor's.. Just the owner. Who makes the rules. Will not be ordering from here again. What a joke. If you close at 10pm. Say you close at 10pm. Closest pizza place to me, I guess I will take my business else...

Ordered a pizza for delivery, told it would be an hour. Called to check after 1 hr 35 min and told there was no order. Checked my credit card, it had been charged. I called back again and asked to check on order, they had charged my card. They had no idea. I asked to just cancel and issue credit, could not do that. 2 hr and 10 min after ordered pizza showed up. Not even warm, melted with no cut lines. Tasted like it had been out for delivery for a long time. Understand if you are busy, but more that an hour after promised and not warm, unacceptable.
