Game Corner — Local services in Harlem Township

We walked in and the young man at the front desk was super dismissive. No hello or how can I help you. His attitude, in general, made us feel unwelcome. Typically, we would take in store credit for a place like this but with the experience, we just took the cash and left. We are avid gamers and for our first time there were incredibly disappointed. It will most likely be our last time there as well.

**Additional note. I am a female. Aside from that, I posted on FB about playing in a Memorial Softball tournament this last weekend (10/1/22.) You chose to comment on a memorial post and question me about your 1 star rating. On my personal page, you chose to address a topic you could have clearly addressed here. I responded to your poorly thought out comment in a kind manner and you chose not to respond. Due to our first visit there, your blatant disregard of how to properly reach out to someone to inquire about a rating (which could have happened here), and your unprofessional approach to a negative review…..we will not be back...

Dropped off a PS2 Slim for repair estimate on May 20th and was told the "guy was gonna be gone for a week so it may be a little while before I hear from him". Heard nothing so I called them on June 4, 17 days later and asked for an update on my game system. You walk in and get greeted by the worker with a smile! They ask if they can help you with anything and will go out of their way to help you with what you need! The guy at the counter really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to anything ranging from cell phones to early Nintendo gaming systems! You can definitely trust these guys with taking care of your items. I got my cellphone screen fixed there and it was done very well and I got my phone back the next day! Very pleased with the service here!...
