On sunday december 29th, 2024 I placed an order with the Little Caesars in Machesney Park Illinois. The store confirned my order for pick up on December 31st at 705 pm. We arrived for pick up at 700, the person at the register told us that he will not be making half of my order as they are not making anymore breadsticks. My order was for 10 cheese pizzas and ten crazy breads, i told him that i wanted to speak to the general manager as my order was placed several days in advance. He sent out another person from the back who stated he was the manager of a different store but just working there, they refused to contact the general manager when i requested a full cash refund and ended up starting my breadsticks at approximately 720. My pizzas were done and sitting in the back not under warmers. They finished the breadsticks at 745, handed me my pizzas and breadsticks. The pizzas were already cold, i arrived at our party and 8 of the 10 pizzas were burned to the point that the kids did not want to eat them. The pizzas were thrown away and wasted, i had to reorder food for the kids.
My other complaint was the the worker was very rude to all customers and told them that they werent making anymore breadsticks even though they close at 10pm, 3 hours left of them being open.
He walked around with his pants hanging down past his waistline with his ass showing, he would grab his pants and pull them up, he would then go directly to handling food without washing his hands. He did this several times which i have him on video doing. He was in the back cussing and swearing about having to make the breadsticks.
Unfortunentaely this behavior was not okay in my eyes, i will be submitting the videos that i have to the...
Read moreI love Little Ceasars pizza but unfortunately it is next to impossible to get one lately. The past week and a half I have stopped in 6 times and left because the entire lobby was full and not a single pizza or crazy bread was in the warmer. Little Ceasars main selling point is "Hot and ready" but every one of those 6 times I stopped in they have told me there was more than a 30 minute wait. I can go to another pizza place that doesn't offer "Hot and ready" and get a pizza in around 20 minutes. This used to be my "go-to" for quick pizza but this has ruined it for me.
4 years later and I decided to give them another shot. Well 20 minutes AFTER my pizza was supposed to be done and still nothing I went inside to wait. 10 minutes later my phone got the notification that my pizza was done but there was nothing there so I asked an employee. He told me that it was still in the oven 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done. 15 minutes later I finally got my pizza and it was cold. I watched them grab it off a stack of pizzas that had been sitting outside the warmer on a table for a long time. So much for hot and ready. They can't even get you a hot pizza when they make it specifically your order.
Update: Was craving some pizza so i tried again. This time they weren't bothering to put any orders into the scan and pickup warmer. While waiting to ask about my order that was already 20 minutes past due (65 minutes from placing order) I noticed 2 pizzas sitting on the floor outside of the warmer. When I was finally able to get through the line to ask about my order THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME THE PIZZAS THAT WERE SITTING ON THE FLOOR! This restaurant should be shutdown if they can't get competent people...
Read more2/28/25 6:20pm Harlem st location Machesney Park, IL The front counter person was incredibly rude and flat lied about wait times. She seemed annoyed when i asked if any crazy bread was ready. When asked how long we had she got more rude then just left without answering. No fewer than 2 if the employees had their butts out (not sagging pant, but expanse of visible butt). I watched the same overweight rude girl reach back and grab her pants, hoist them up with her bare hands then go back to touching the crazy bread. Bare-handed. I was going to order some, but was incredibly glad I did not. I paid for the alleged "hot and ready" pizza at 620 and received my order 40 minutes later. Had there been ANYONE up front aside from the 12 other customers waiting I would have sought a refund. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant. To top it off the pizza itself was godawful. Barely any sauce, barely any sausage, and overcooked. I am done with Little Caesars in this area. We've been to 2 of the 3 in town and its been so bad we should be paid to ingest it rather than the other way around. It's quicker and more appetizing to make a frozen pizza. Maybe when we go out of town we could find a not-terrible Little Caesars. Far, far beyond disappointed with my experience as we were fairly loyal customers of the one in our last town. I seriously cannot put the terrible experience into words. Even my 11 year old wanted to leave and get a frozen pizza, especially after the incredibly rude way the front counter lady treated us....
