We stopped here on our way to Arcadia park as it was heavily suggested by everyone.

For me it was a letdown! Don't get me wrong! The drive to this location is amazing but the actual place is nothing amazing. There are many such places in Maine an on your way to Arcadia National park.

The giant stairs board was so small that we almost missed it. Worthy of a detour only if you have time else Arcadia park is much better with much...

Beautiful view! Look out into the ocean with no other land in sight. Wear good shoes if you plan on walking/climbing down to the water but otherwise, the trail is easy walking. Great place for amateur and professional photographers alike. Parking is limited to be prepared to come back...

In the fall, parking was easy and there was only a short walk to some stunning views. I’m sure it’s harder to get a parking spot at more peak times because there are not a lot of spots and the trail/overlook is in a...

This was my favorite area in Maine! In the fall, parking was easy and there was only a short walk to some stunning views. I’m sure it’s harder to get a parking spot at more peak times because there are not a lot of spots and the trail/overlook is in a residential area.
