This place only has 5 star reviews because they gave everyone who lived here $100 off rent If they left 3 different 5 star reviews. But coming from someone who lived here for over 3 years let me tell you this place was awesome before this new company. They used to spray for bugs twice a year. Mow once a week. And just let you be. The neighborhood was nice it was quite no problems at all. Then Prairie Breeze buys the old place out. Rent went up $300 and so did the daily new rules they came up on how to maintain your place. Can’t have grills on the balcony. Can’t have friend park on the side of the road. Can’t have things in your yard. Can’t have things in your breezeway even if it’s a pair of work shoes. I’m just trying to save anyone who thinks this place is a great place to live. It’s really sad cuz it was for the 3.5 years I lived there but save your money and time you don’t wanna deal with this place.

Far from the truth yet they had to respond to their one and only review that wasn’t paid for like all of their 5 star reviews that were. I knew living here when rent went was going up for “new paint” after you moved out “new flooring” after you moved out “new fixtures” after you moved out and “new HVAC” that was perfectly fine the whole time I lived here and they sent a group text offering $100 off rent to the first 10-20 people who left a 5 star review on 3 different websites; I was gonna tell the truth after I left. I have lived in my home here now at the Praire Breeze town homes for one year, recently renewing my lease! I absolutely love it here, it’s a very peaceful environment! My children are comfortable here, playing outside with ease! We have currently gained new management who have been making positive changes to the town homes as well, property manager Alicia is very pleasant, accessible and super helpful! They have moved the home office right here at the property which is even more convenient for us residents! We have lived here almost 3 years. Management changed but honistly its flawless now. Matnance is fantastic they come out when thy say they will and promptly. The manager is so helpful. There is a playground and basketball hoop for kids that live here. Its kid friendly. They mow weekly weather permiting. We have had emergency maintenance here and even then they get the issue addressed and fixed promptly. There are fire extinguishers on each level. They have truly made these...
