My partner and I came here on a Saturday morning during a family visit. We’ve never been here and when he asked a question about green tea flavors the cashier was like “it’s listed on our menu” and didn’t just help him by telling the flavors. It’s not listed, that’s why he asked because their website did not list flavors. We looked at the menu while waiting in the drive through line. Second, the tea was gross and watered down. Special place great relaxing calm vibes great environment great staff that always make your drink amazing and are knowledgeable about what they do and have awesome suggestions when you can't decide they've always surprised me with what they come up with to make me just based off asking a couple of your taste preferences! We’ve been here a couple times now, and the coffee/food is always good but the service lacks. Today we ordered a single large cafe latte that after almost 30 minutes of not getting we left. There were two individuals working, and the flow was steady but by no means overwhelming. Both people were friendly but very unorganized which left for a lot of customers having part or all of their orders forgotten or lost for long periods of time.
