I just have to give a shoutout to one of the best cashiers ever—Heather at our local Kroger. My whole family loves her, and my kid even calls her “Mrs. Heather.” We actually look forward to checking out with her because she’s just that great.
She’s fast, efficient, and really knows what she’s doing, but what makes her stand out is how kind and compassionate she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. She always has a smile, a kind word, and just makes the whole shopping experience better.
During the big freeze and snow this year, I stopped by early in the morning, and she was the only cashier who showed up. That level of dedication is rare, and it just goes to show how much she cares about her job and the people who rely on her.
People like Mrs. Heather don’t always get the recognition they deserve, but she’s a huge part of what makes this Kroger special. I really hope the store knows how lucky they are...
Read moreHorrible shopping at Kroger today. You no longer have your natural foods section. Items are distuted through out the store. I hate that took me So much time trying to find the natural foods I needed. You may just loose a customer. Difficult to believe that customers requested a change that resulted in such a waste of time wondering the aisles searching for a needed item. Seems far more likely that corporate wanted their natural food customers to spend more time in the store with the hopes they would spend more money. I have been a dedicated Kroger customer for Many years, but this latest "improvement" means I will be looking for another grocery store that values a customers time. This is really a no star review, but I was forced to choose at...

(Gotta line that CEO already fat pockets) Always have to wait longer than 15 mins to get to checkout. Why they have half the self checkout closed midday is ridiculous. The main manager, "Mr. Blue is one of the rudest men I have ever talked to. Not only to employees, but customers as well. All along self checkout I see now hiring for cashier's, but went to apply and he rudly stated that no positions were available. Mentioned he might want to remove the flyers before someone reported for false advertising. All and all the employees are great, but management slacks more and more everytime I go there. I will be shopping anywhere but Kroger...
