4/30/20 Just had my 2nd bad experience at Burger station within 3 weeks. The 1st was 3 weeks ago when my family went through the drive through and realized we were shorted 2 desserts once we got home. My wife tried to call them for roughly 30 mins but was unable to get through. We decide to just let it slide and forget about it. (That’s about $15 we walked away from) Tonight my wife picked up food at the drive-through and realized once she got home that my son’s chicken tenders were not in the bag. We called and were able to talk with the manager and my wife explained the situation and also informed her of the last incident. I drive over to get my son’s food and have to go inside to talk with the manager. The manager informs me that she could only give me the chicken tenders. I try to explain that this was the 2nd time in 3 weeks that this has happened and I have now missed having dinner with my family and my son was unable to have dinner with the family. She said “sorry that’s our policy.” I asked for the owner’s number and she said I would have to come back and talk to him tomorrow. I tried one more time to explain the situation and asked her if she could be a little more understanding and maybe try to make this situation right. She very rudely walked away from me and said “sometimes we get really busy and can’t get to the phones and sometime we make mistakes“. I told her “she just lost a customer” and she replied with “Ok well I’m sorry.” I’ll be going back tomorrow to visit with the owner and see if his customer service is any better. Also just realized that even after going back over there they didn’t give me my son’s drink that goes with his meal....
Read moreThis was our first visit to the Burger Station 120 in Midtown, Tennessee; very pleasant atmosphere we enjoyed the deco and the staff was kind and informative. They meet our needs upon request. The menu was easy to read and organized so that we knew what was offered without many questions about our concerns with food allergies; my husband requested items removed from his burger, no surprise his needs where meet without hesitation. The restaurant was clean, quite even the windows and doors where cleaned as needed during our visit. We were informed of extra charges before receiving items. The other guests seemed to have enjoyed their visit even visiting with one another outside the dining area at the patio at the tables and chairs the restaurant offered their guest which is rare to see here in Midtown. Richard asked about the name and if it has franchises up north, this is an independent store that the owner and his late father had dreamt about running together, his fathers death seemed sudden and dreams were put off for a bit. But after long and considerate prayers went ahead and open in his fathers honor. Touching and honestly the son has done a fabulous job. If you are in the area you should stop by and see how one man has honored his father with hard work admiration and live any cup may over flow with JOY as we left looking over my shoulder wishing them a good day I saw the smile that brings tears to my eyes for the live a man has for his father MAY GOD BLESS HIM HIS DREAM AND YOUR DINNING EXPERIENCE. ENJOY THE LOVE A SON STILL SHOWS HIS DAD....
Read moreNever in our entire lives of eating out have we EVER walked out. You read that right. We walked out. We were only served a soft drink each and restaurants waste those all the time, so I don’t feel bad for us walking out on a less than $5 tab. We walked in behind an older couple who were seated promptly just as we were. The server came to get our drink order in a timely manner, followed by returning to take out food order. That was the last time until I had to speak very loudly to them to get them to visit our table in 40 minutes as no one had checked on us during that time frame as food was being delivered to the other tables around us left and right to those that were sat for many time periods after we were. When I questioned the server, the response give was “Well, I put the order in and it should come out soon.” Well, in the 2 minutes after that, we saw 2 more tables receive their meals. After waiting 5 more minutes, server nor a manager appeared to communicate where the problem with our order occurred, after I inquired. It was like since we were told it should be our soon, was a good enough answer after waiting 45 minutes for 2 burgers and one order of fries. We were very hungry, so we just left and went to the Burger King across the street. The food coming out being delivered looked amazing. Sadly, it wasn’t for us. We really enjoy eating at local food establishments, and only hitting the massive chain restaurants on very rare occasions. So, just saying we were disappointed this time isn’t...
