Spoke Life Cycles (Elmore) — Local services in Harris Township

I notice my rear tire bulging when I was a mile away from Spoke Life Cycles. I was a couple hours from my car, but since this ride was on a Monday, the store was closed. However, a sign on the door gives a number to text for special appointments. I had a response immediately, and within 25 minutes, Doug had dropped what he was doing on his day off to drive to the store to get me a new tire. Quick, professional installation; good conversation; totally pleasant service without acting at all put out. And the emergency fee for this service was highly reasonable. Very impressed...

First off, I can't say enough about Spoke Life's customer service and going the extra mile! I am touring across the US and had a small crash and needed some repairs. I called the Fremont shop and Mike went the extra mile to find the parts I would need and when he realized his location didn't have them he called the other shop, which then called me back, the rest was seamless. Rob at the Elmore location totally fixed me up in no time.
