Boost Mobile — Local services in Harrisburg

I've been having problems with this company since December 2023 when I signed up. I have been calling every month to get the issues fixed. They sent in ticket after ticket and still can't figure why I don't receive all my calls and no calls from iPhone users. I'm on the phone now waiting for a supervisor. The representative told me my phone will be locked if I switched companies. The deal was free phone with sign up. Now they trying to make wait til December to get my phone unlocked. Representative stated the supervisor will tell me the same thing so no need of waiting for a supervisor. I'm still waiting. This is unfair for someone that can not use all the services they pay for monthly. If I can't receive calls nor messages from my pharmacy about medication you're useless to me and I'm wasting money. I will be updating this when I get off the phone with supervisor. They records show how unhappy I've been since December 2023.

Update: I didn't get anywhere with the supervisor on the phone call. I then received a call from the General Manager of the store. This man is exceptional at his job and retention of customers! He fixed every problem I had with ease! Thank you so much for listening and fixing what you could... which was EVERYTHING! I AM NOW A SATISFIED BOOST...

Horrible Company!!!! Swindlers and crooks! They offer upgrade deals and add stuff to your account and it is all well and good till god forbid you change your phone when your old one breaks temporally until you can get to buy a new one the next week. They are just like "sorry you changed your device even though you made no account changes, we are gonna void your upgrade because you changed your phone to an old device so you could still have a working phone. They do not care about their customers at all!!!!! They would rather loose sales then actually treat their customers fairly and justly. Sad because i have been with them for several years and liked boost, but they don't want to work with me, even with me prepared to buy a new 160$ phone! I am definitely going to check out these new phones. I'm sure I'm due for an upgrade. I really like this store, and love the workers there. They take their time with me. They don't rush me because of others coming in. Well spoken, and understandable. They gve me exactly what I asked for and do not try to sell me something I'm not familiar with just for the sale. I trust Boost Mobil. I will be heading in there in fact, tomorrow. I hardly ever need a whole lot of money when I'm there. Sometimes I don't believe how long I've been in the store. That's how "AWESOME" Boost Mobil stores are.
