I am a returning customer and i did not expect to experience what i did the time around . I reached out to the bakery to order cupcakes I needed for my daughter’s birthday . It was 2 days prior and they agreed to make them if they could not make it happen they could have been honest about that as well . I was told to send photo reference to the number on file which i did , i got no reply until the morning of my daughter’s birthday which was no use because i stayed up until 6am the night before and had to bake and decorate cupcakes myself .
