I broke my phone on Monday August 17th, the day my monthly plan renewed. And I was told I would have to wait until 6 months from now, in December, to get a new phone because I bought my phone in June. @CricketSupport on Twitter said I could be grandfathered into a 90 day policy, but an employee at this location said I had to wait 6 months instead as he did nothing but sigh because I was taking up too much of his time. Now due to their policy, which I was told I should be able to have read, even though it was very very small print on a small screen, I cannot get a refund for the days I did not have service which is nearly the entire month. I was only on Cricket's services for 5 days of this service period because I switched to another provider. I don't think this is fair or right, but they flat out refused to compromise with me on getting a new phone before December or get a refund when I changed providers. Came to the store to get my girlfriends phone switched over and added my account and we told the guy her phone can not be used for cricket all we wanted is for her to get a new phone with and cricket service and the guy said her phone can be used coasted.me 75 dollars and the Sims card wouldn't work and locked her phone were she can't use her phone no more and he basically pushed us out of the store and said there is nothing they can do about it.left her with out a phone.after telling him 3 times we can't not use her phone for cricket and he did it any was worse service and the worse store to go to it was lack of training people the right way.on how...
