Rainbow Shops — Local services in Harrisburg

I've been shopping there for years despite any negative connotations there may be about the store or franchise. There's generally a great selection or great prices it just depends on your style. The problem lies with some of the staff and their attitudes. Generally, I've dealt with some of most lovely people with great spirits, that are professional and are helpful between the old store at the East Mall and Kline. As of late with certain manager(s), very rude and dismissive. I have the feeling if they were in a majority white area, (he/she) wouldn't behavior in the manner that they do. I understand they have to deal with certain poor behaviors on the daily but you don't take it out on or stereotypes others that come in the store. You never know if someone could be a secret shopper or district manager. There is a lovely, manager that's very, hardworking, helpful and friendly. She's under appreciated. If you guys close at 8pm then don't say you close at 9pm I can see if you close closer to 9pm I pulled up at 8:15pm and just to exchange something just to be told it's closed its way to early for that

A little up date prior to them closing way to early I went in the next day it was a lovely young lady with dreads and glasses all I know is her initials are CB very polite and accommodating now I can see she was kind of set apart from the lady's that were speaking I'm going to say Spanish and the they were loud but she didn't mind and was still working doing her job that when you can tell a person genuinely likes what they do but she made me feel welcomed and went...

I always arrive 20-30 minutes before closing then an employee inside the store tells me the store is closed. Today I arrived to the store at 7:40pm and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and a lady nodded her had no to me and threw her hand up like she was telling me to go away. How can someone take it upon themselves to close a business down 20-30 minutes before the actual closing time. Imagine how much money this business is losing in that short amount of time...
