Last evening my wife stopped into CVS after she got off work around 8:35 p.m. to pick up 2 pictures. She told the cashier why she was there so she could retrieve them but my wife said she needed to get a few things. By the time she got to the register, there were two woman couponing so she was left waiting and waiting. Finally, as it was almost 9 p.m. and the first lady wasn't even done being checked out, my wife put everything back and asked the cashier to please put her pictures back and that she would be back to pick them up some other time. It wasn't the cashier's fault. She was very apologetic and she did feel bad for her. Well, this evening, my wife stopped after work to just pick up those 2 pictures at 8:56 p.m. and the rude clerk this evening told my wife the minute she stepped in the store that "we are closed" at least 3 times. This women had her coat on and was ready to walk out the door. Now the store closed at 9 p.m but she was ready to leave right then and there. She pointed to the pharmacy and said to my wife that "see they are even closed". Little did she know that when my wife pulled in, there were 2 cars at the drive up window picking up prescriptions and when she left the store, she went around to the pharmacy side and there was 1 car still there picking up their prescription. My wife is so angry that she refuses to go back to this CVS after she picks up her photo's. We have been dealing with this CVS for years. This same rude woman has worked at this CVS for some time and she never was nice at all. I don't think she knows how to be nice. We are transferring all our prescriptions out of this pharmacy and we are having our children do the same. We don't need you CVS. There are plenty other pharmacies that would like our business. Read moreI have never had a worse experience at any pharmacy. I am from out of state and came to this cvs because I heard good things but never would have imagined the service I got. I walk to drop off my Prescription only for the lady to say what do you want ignore me three times before finally coming over and aggressively asking what I want again. I said I’m here to drop off my prescription and that’s all that was said. She took my papers and went back to her computer I waited about 5 minutes and she just walked away so I walked around the store unsure of whether she would need anything else. Usually visiting they’ll confirm your information or at least any pharmacy I’ve been to has. I came back a couple of hours to be safe because I was unsure what time the prescription was ok just to find out they didn’t have it in my name. They put it under a wrong address wrong name wrong date of birth. Which could have been prevented if they would have checked with me before just walking away. Being from out of state I didn’t even know the address they had I’ve never even heard of it.. then they ask for insurance and take the card glance it over and say it’s not gonna work twice.. two different employees. I called my insurance to see the issue and they didn’t even try to run it. My insurance said it’s in coverage should’ve went through had they tried to. Then my insurance called to resolve the issue because the employees won’t talk to me and they lie and say their system is down. We left not even 5 minutes previously and was told they had the prescription just not in the system.. i will absolutely never come back this experience has honestly put me off of...
Read moreIf i could give this place a zero i would. Been calling them for the past week because I need my prescription before tomorrow because I have surgery tomorrow. Every day this week they have told me 'it will be ready tomorrow' and then I have gone to the store to pick it up and they would say 'its not here but it will be ready tomorrow to pick up' over and over again and now its Thursday, my surgery is tomorrow and I have nothing to take for pain after my surgery. Every time I would call I would be on hold for about 5 minutes and then a rude lady would ask me questions, say it would be there tomorrow AGAIN and then hurry up and hang up. I told her my surgery is tomorrow and she told me to see if my surgeon can send it to a different cvs. That would take an extra three days to get pre authorization and have it sent there. My prescription was pre authorized about a week and a half ago and my insurance approved it and cvs should have gotten it by now and they should not be telling people 'it will be ready tomorrow' until they screw you over the day before surgery. changing over to walmart pharmacy as soon as my...
