Listen don't eat at this burger King u will be highly ticked off. I bout too stacker king meals, one with onion rings and one with fries. They were cold and u cn tell they had been sitting for quite some time. Not to mention they tasted like old burnt up grease. I kindly asked the manager when was the last time the grease was changed and she was really kind and honest with me. She told me Monday was the last time it had been changed. It is Thursday. Grease is supposed to be filtered every single night. I know bk standard. I used to work there.. this is not burger Kings quality. My sandwiches were just slapped together, burger hanging 1/3 the way off of the bun.. the meat was old and dried out tot he point they were almost black. They didn't have the fish sandwich my grandmother wanted which is understandable if they ran out. But with all these issues they still didn't offer to replace anything I had that was old and I didn't bother to ask because I was disgusted and didn't want anything else. If I hadn't been starving I wouldn't have even tried to eat the burger. However I did and it was not the way burger King burgers usually Taste because it was fried out. When I went back to ask the manager for salt. I could see her standing by the office with her phone and it took her five minutes to come to the register with another customer behind me. The employees were not wearing gloves. I had just seen one girl leave the lobby from eating and did not bother to put on gloves. I could understand the burger beIN a little sloppy if they were busy, but they were not busy at all and now I see why. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to eat here. I will never purchase form this burger King again. In fact I may never eat at any burger King location again because this was just pure disgusting and unacceptable. Don't waste ur time, gas, or, money. I'd rather drive to New York and eat at a burger King there than this burger King. Almost all the tables were filthy yet the manager had time to stand there on her phone with me and another guest waiting and tables that needed to be cleaned. This is rediculious. I'd fire every one of them....
Read morePlaced a mobile order and when we arrived at the drive thru there was only one other car in line ahead of us…and they were at the food window already. Yet, we waited at the order screen for at least 5 minutes before someone asked for our order number. Then we sat at the food window for another 15 minutes before receiving our food. 20 minutes for FAST food? Seriously?
To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even edible. Our fries weren’t even remotely warm and they were very dark in color and had a bad taste so we ended up not eating them. Our burgers were also cold. But even more disturbing was the fact that the lettuce was rotten! Very obviously rotten! There is no way a human being placed the lettuce on our burgers and didn’t notice it was all brown and slimy. Yet they thought it was okay? Oh and our drinks? We paid for larges but received smalls…which (to boot) were only halfway filled. So thanks again Burger King. Couldn’t even get the drinks right.
I think it’s absolutely disgusting that Burger King charges $25 for 2 meals then serves people cold rotten food. And customer service through the app? Yeah…that doesn’t work either. And no point in driving back to the store to complain to the same people who thought it was okay to serve rotten food to paying customers. Just won’t go back…EVER!
Either find some employees who take food safety seriously or close down. Because serving food that clearly has not been kept at a proper temperature and serving ROTTEN food...

That being said, I will never return to this restaurant, despite having two letters, Each of which offer me a free combo meal. The reason for the rating is as follows. On Sunday January 27th 2019, I was made to wait in the Drive-Thru Lane, along with three to four other cars, between 20 minutes and a half an hour, to receive an order of two Whoppers. After receiving the order, I opened the bag to realize that the sandwiches were cold. Having been so disgusted with the abhorrent service, I chose to instead, drive home, fix myself something to eat at my home and throw away the two sandwiches I purchased at Burger King that evening. I've always enjoyed patronizing this restaurant. I have not had a reasonably bad experience, such as this, at this restaurant before. However, this service was so extraordinary really bad, despite the regional managers attempt to appease me, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. Use this review as you will. Your experiences may very well differ from mine. But if you ever find yourself sitting in the Burger King Drive-Thru Lane for upwards of a half an hour, don't forget I warned...
